Your retainer,
explained.

Most agencies hand you a fixed list and make your brand fit it. We don't work that way. A Profithaus retainer is a band of senior capacity - and you decide what we point it at.

How it works

Pick the capacity. Choose the work.

You pick a tier based on how much of us you want in the engine room each month. Then, together, we choose which services fill that capacity around what your brand actually needs. Two brands on the same tier can be getting completely different work - and that's the point.

The constant

In every retainer, whatever the tier

Same baseline for everyone. This is the rhythm we run to and how we stay accountable to your numbers rather than just busy.

01

Weekly calls. A standing slot every week to review, decide and keep momentum - not a monthly catch-up where things drift.

02

Bi-weekly reports. Every fortnight: what moved, what didn't, and what we're changing because of it. Tied to your revenue and growth targets.

03

A clear monthly plan. We agree what good looks like up front and track against it, so you always know what we're working toward.

04

Direct access to the people doing the work. No account-manager telephone game, no junior middle layer.

05

Async support between calls. Quick questions answered within one business day. We're in it with you, not on a meter.

06

A monthly numbers deep-dive. One session a month where we go past the surface metrics into what's actually driving the P&L.

The tiers

Priced on capacity, not a feature checklist

Here's the honest bit most agencies dodge: not every service takes the same effort. A round of CRO is lighter than building and running a full trading strategy. So instead of counting tasks, we give each tier a monthly balance of ProfitPoints - and you spend them on whatever mix of work suits your brand.

Light = 1 point Medium = 2 points Heavy = 3 points
Starter
£1,500 / month
3 ProfitPoints / mo

For brands that want senior input and one thing done properly - not ten things done thinly.

  • Spend on one Medium + one Light, three Lights, or a single Heavy
  • Best for: earlier-stage brands, or testing the relationship before going deeper
Most popular
Growth
£3,000 / month
4 ProfitPoints / mo

Where most brands should start. Enough points to carry a meatier piece of work and keep momentum elsewhere.

  • Your mix - a Heavy + a Light, two Mediums, or four Lights
  • Best for: brands ready to build real momentum across a couple of areas at once
Partner
£5,000 / month
7 ProfitPoints / mo

The full embed. We operate as your senior trading, marketing and brand team and own the roadmap end to end.

  • Enough for multiple Heavy services running at once, across all three pillars
  • Weekly involvement, priority on our time, limited spots
  • Best for: brands that want us fully embedded as their senior team

Most brands land on Growth. Rolling up a tier is easy once the results are on the table.

The point of points: want three lighter things instead of one big one? Spend them that way. Want us to throw everything at a single heavy push? Do that instead. You're not boxed into a fixed package - you're choosing where our effort goes. Points are a monthly balance, set at onboarding and locked for the quarter, so we can plan properly around them.
What fills it

The menu - and what each costs

Here's everything we do, with its ProfitPoints cost. At onboarding we'll build your mix together against your tier's balance.

Light 1 point - quick to run Medium 2 points - steady ongoing effort Heavy 3 points - deep, time-intensive work
We review your scope every quarter. If priorities shift, we re-point the retainer - swap focus, change the mix, follow the results. That's built in.
Straight with you

Keeping it fair

So expectations are clear from day one.

Scope swaps quarterly
Your focus areas change at the quarterly review, not mid-month. It keeps the work focused and actually finished - rather than half-done across five fronts.
The baseline is always included
Calls, reports, planning and support are in every tier. The thing that scales with price is how much heavy lifting we can take on.
Builds & spend sit outside
Website builds, large one-off creative, and paid ad spend are quoted separately - so your monthly fee stays predictable and honest.
No rollover
Capacity is monthly. A retainer keeps us continuously engaged with your brand, which is where the value compounds - it isn't a bank of hours to save up.
Three-month minimum
Real trading work compounds. One month never tells the true story.
In detail

What's in every service

No vague line items. Here's exactly what each service covers, and where the line sits, so you know precisely what you're buying before you spend a single point.

Not sure which tier fits?

Tell us where the brand's stuck and what you're trying to hit. We'll tell you honestly which tier makes sense - and if a one-off project would serve you better than a retainer right now, we'll say that too.
