Why we exist
After years working in-house across fast-paced DTC brands, including global giant THG, we built up a deep understanding of what it actually takes to grow. And along the way, we kept seeing the same frustration playing out: brands paying agencies for activity, not results.
Slow replies. Generic recommendations. Campaigns built around output, not outcomes. It was frustrating from the inside, and damaging from the outside.
So we built something different. Profithaus exists to be the agency we always wished we'd had.
How we work
We operate as a genuine partner, embedded in your brand, close to your goals, and as hands-on as you need us to be. We don't do one-size-fits-all. We take the time to understand where you are in your journey and build around that.
We're also selective by design. We only work with brands we genuinely believe in, because that's when we do our best work. When we're invested, you feel it.

Our trading background means we think commercially at every step, setting revenue targets, forecasting GP, and making decisions backed by data, not gut feel.
